What We Cater

Corporate and Office Events Office meetings, company lunches, client dinners, and employee appreciation events. We work with your schedule and your space, whether that's a conference room downtown or an outdoor pavilion.

Weddings and Receptions A wedding menu should reflect the people getting married, not a pre-set package. We build your menu around your vision and your budget, pulling from the same Tex-Mex, Italian, and American dishes that have made Fusion a Kingsport staple.

Private Parties and Celebrations Birthdays, anniversaries, graduation parties, reunions. If you're hosting a group of 10 or more, we can bring the food to you or set up on site and handle service ourselves.

Drop-Off or Full-Service — Your Choice

Some events just need the food delivered and set up. Others need staff on site to serve, refill, and handle cleanup. We offer both, and we'll help you figure out which makes more sense for your event.

How It Works

There are no set catering packages. We start with your event details, your guest count, and your budget, then build a menu around that. The same dishes on our regular menu — the salmon tacos, Pollo Enrollado, fajitas, pasta, appetizers — are available for catering, along with options we can customize for larger groups.
