Every Sunday from 11am to 2pm, Fusion serves brunch throughout the restaurant and on the patio at Ridgefields Country Club in Kingsport. Whether you're stopping in after church, celebrating with family, or just want to enjoy our expansive brunch buffet with a view of the club grounds, we have something for everyone — open to members and the public alike.

Sunday brunch at Fusion isn't a scaled-down version of dinner service. The kitchen runs the buffet the same way it runs the rest of the menu — made to order where it counts, like the honey-glazed salmon and the Pancake Tacos that keep regulars coming back week after week.

Our all-you-can-eat buffet includes a fruit tray, scrambled eggs, a create-your-own omelet station, breakfast potatoes, bacon, biscuits & gravy, pancakes, breakfast tacos, yogurt, a full salad bar, salmon, vegetables, rice or potatoes, and 2 featured lunch items that differ from Sunday to Sunday. The full regular menu is also available during brunch.

Sunday Brunch at Fusion
Sunday brunch is one of the most requested seatings of the week, and when the weather's right, the patio overlooking Ridgefields Country Club is the seat everyone wants. Indoor seating is available too, so brunch is on regardless of the forecast. Reservations are recommended for parties of 8 or more. Call (423) 390-1153.
