Craft Cocktails & Full Bar

Fusion at Ridgefields has a full bar, and it shows. Whether you're starting with a cocktail before dinner, settling in with a margarita on the patio, or finishing the evening with something from the wine list, Fusion has it all. Have a drink in the bar with David or have one of our other friendly servers bring a libation to you whether you are on the patio, in one of our private rooms or in the main dining room.

We take pride in every glass that leaves the bar. The cocktail menu offers a variety from classics to Fusion originals. Looking for something unique? Ask David to suggest a drink or even create something new just for you.

Signature Cocktails

One of our signature cocktails is the Salted Watermelon Margarita. Made with Hook & Ladder Salted Watermelon moonshine, a Kingsport-made spirit that gives the drink a local angle you won't find at a chain. The Pink Drink and the Toxic Tonic are two other original favorites on our cocktail list.

Margaritas

Margaritas are a natural fit when we have such a variety of Tex-Mex options. We, at Fusion, take margaritas seriously. You have a choice of more than 10 different margaritas. Our most popular by far is our Mango Habanero. Not spicy enough for you? We can kick it up a notch. Each margarita is made to order. Not sure what to order? Ask David or your server for a recommendation.

Wine and Beer

A full wine list is available by the glass or bottle, with selections chosen to pair across the Tex-Mex, Italian, and American sections of the menu. Beer is available on draft and by the bottle. Our draft selection changes often. Ask what's new.

Sunday Brunch Cocktails

Fusion offers a Sunday brunch buffet from 11am to 2pm and our bar complements it well. We offer make-your-own mimosas for only $7, with a choice of orange, cranberry, cranberry-orange, or pineapple juice. The mimosa flight has all four. Bloody Mary's are available in regular, pickle or spicy. Our full bar is available as well.

Bar Hours

The bar is open during regular dining hours — Tuesday through Saturday from 11am to 9pm, and Sunday from 11am to 8pm. Bar seating is available for walk-ins, and the full bar is accessible from the patio.
