Fusion's tacos, burgers, and sandwiches bring the same kitchen quality in a more casual format. The shrimp and salmon tacos come on corn tortillas with chipotle aioli, rice, borracho beans, and guacamole. The street taquitos — four mini corn tortillas with your choice of al pastor, carnitas, or asada — are one of the most talked-about items on the menu. For something heartier, the Asian chicken burger on a brioche bun with roasted garlic citrus Thai sauce is unlike anything else in Kingsport. The half-pound Braveheart Black Angus burger is fully customizable with premium toppings. All served at our Ridgefields location.
