Fusion's Tex-Mex menu is built around the dishes people come back for. The chimichanga arrives crispy golden brown, stuffed with beans, cheese, and your choice of ground beef or grilled chicken, topped with chili con carne and queso. The chicken enchiladas come with four sauce options including the crowd-favorite poblano cream. The chile relleno — a roasted poblano stuffed with ground beef and cheese, egg-battered and topped with peppers and melted Monterrey Jack — is one of the most requested dishes on the menu.
